SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery selected at checkout.

Based on the level of service requested and proximity to our Distribution Center in Wisconsin, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. On orders shipped faster than 4 Business Days, we will guarantee delivery or reimburse you the additional shipping costs if the order does not arrive in the stated time frame. Weather delays, mechanical delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.

PO Boxes
For optimal delivery service, please include both your PO Box number and a physical street address for the shipping address. Orders with only a PO Box in the shipping address can only be sent via USPS and may take 5-6 business days for delivery. If you do not have a physical street address, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Rush Services

  • Rush orders which have been placed on a business day before 2 PM Central Time (Monday-Friday), and which have passed a complete payment verification process will ship the same business day.

  • Rush orders which have been placed after 2 PM Central Time on a business day and which have passed a complete payment verification process will ship the following business day.

  • Rush orders which have been placed over the weekend must pass a complete verification process before it will ship on the next business day. Please allow the delivery date on the selected service for your package to post once it leaves our Distribution Center. Arrival dates are for business days and do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays. If you have any additional questions regarding our shipment process, please contact the service center. We are open 24 hours per day.

 

Delivery Services
The delivery services available will depend on the shipping address entered at checkout. Below are the available services along with cost and estimated processing/transit times based on the address provided at checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude US Holidays. All orders are subject to complete verification prior to shipment.

  • If you receive an item that doesn't fit, we'll carry out our FuxWear Fit Promise:

  • Return the incorrectly sized item before 90 days from the shipment to you, and we'll cover the return shipping to get you the size you need. For more information on Fit Promise, please click here.

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we'll make it right and take care of the shipping:

  • Return incorrect, flawed, or damaged items before 90 days from their shipment to you, and we'll cover the return shipping to get the product you wanted in your hands.

  • If you want to return an item for a different reason, we've got you covered:

  • Returns processed prior to 90 days from shipment to you are refunded in the form of the payment used on the original order or, if you request, as a Gift Card. They'll include product and tax amount only. For credit card refunds, allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statements.

  • Returns received more than 90 days after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

  • Please Note:

  • Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.  Returns that do not include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

  • If you're the recipient of a gift and want to return or exchange an item, please provide your full name, shipping address, and email address (if available).

  • Exchanges processed prior to 90 days are subject to availability. If the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed, as explained above.

  • Return/exchange merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with original tags

  • We cannot accept COD returns.
